How to cook the Temaki-Sushi


    Temaki-sushi is a Japanese traditional food. We eat it when we have a party with our 


friends or relatives. In my case, I often eat it with my family in weekend when I lived in Japan. It 


looks difficult to make it. However, it is very easy for us to cook if you follow certain steps. First, 


you should prepare warm rice by using rice cooker. But, be careful not to mistake the quantity of 


water. If you missed, rice would not be delicious because rice was very tough. And then, you have 


to put vinegar to the warm rice unlike the Onigiri this time. Second, we should prepare to Neta. It 


means ingredient which we put on the warm rice. For example, there are raw fishes, meats and 


vegetables. These ingredients help the warm rice to be more delicious. Third, we have to choose 


which Neta to put on the warm rice by ourselves. Also, we need to warp the warm rice and the 


Neta in nori. Be careful not to put  a lot of the warm rice because it is difficult to warp them.


Once you have followed theses simple steps, you can cook delicious Temaki-sushi if you have 


never cooked them.
